I chose selicious because it was recommended for beginners but I can see I will be using Diigo after I get smarter. I am doing the reader's digest version of the write up because I am running out of time. It took me several tries to get it right but I set up 4 newington23 tags.

Thing 10 - Twitter

As for the value of twitter, I think it is useless. The risk is far greater than the reward. Why would anyone want to share that much that often.

The best of the web is an awsome site. I will use this often. I have already gotten some ideas form the health sites.

Thing 9 - Copyright and Creative commons

Interesting topic. The Fairy tale about copywrite was awful. I have always been aware of the existance of copywrite laws but was never sure how they applied and have probably been in violation many times. This is helpful because it gives me some resources where I can leagally get material I may need.

I Found this very useful but needed to make notes from the vedio.

Thing 7 - YouTube and video

Very easy to use. A world of possibilities and pitfalls. Watched the Champlain Bridge get demolished and the Lake Champlain Monster swim in Burlington. Hope we learn to imbed a video. I was going to try it here but I bet it is comming in a future thing.

Uploaded, downloaded put a picture on the map. tagged 6 photos as Newington23 but only found Brian Hartley's. Here's one I tagged.

This was useful. The examples of uses will be helpfull. I may use a blog for them to journalize what they eat daily and what their exercise routine was during their personal wellness project.
