As for the value of twitter, I think it is useless. The risk is far greater than the reward. Why would anyone want to share that much that often.
The best of the web is an awsome site. I will use this often. I have already gotten some ideas form the health sites.
Twitter has started to turn into a real marketing tool for companies - i agree - I can't see a use for myself.
